Our response
Screening
-
Mobile screening texts will be sent prior to each class. Please ensure it is filled out on behalf of your athletes and spectator prior to entering the facility.

If you did not receive a screening text, please see the front desk upon arrival to ensure we have the correct number on file.
Spectators
-
We are allowing one spectator per athlete into the facility. Spectators must adhere to the following guidelines:

Wear a mask at all times while in the facility

Remain socially distanced from other spectators to their best ability
-
All Spectators ages 12yrs+ must show proof of vaccination to enter the facility
-
No Siblings - unless they are infants and able remain seated on your lap
-
Please refrain from coaching your children from the sidelines and assure you are not distracting them from the coaches instruction in the class

Masks

All spectators must remain masked at all times

All participants 4yrs+ are required to wear a mask
-
Participants may remove their mask on the gym floor when their coach instructs them to do so and they are socially distanced from their peers
Proof of Vaccination

Following the Ontario Ministry of Health and SMDHU's guidance, our facility requires spectators to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination administered at least 14 days prior to seeking entry to our facility.

All participants and spectators ages 12yrs+ must show proof of vaccination to enter the facility

As of January 4th 2022 - proof of vaccination must be provide via government of Ontario/Canada issued QR code. We ask that you please have this readily available when entering the facility to assist in our process of checking in all of our athletes/spectators.

Identification must also accompany proof of vaccination. The following forms of identification are acceptable:

Birth certificate

Citizenship card

Diver's license

Health card

Indian status card/Indigenous membership card

permanent resident card

A reminder - the proof a vaccination policy has been mandated by the Ministry of Health and government of Ontario. Our failure to implement and comply will result in a fine on our business' behalf. The health and safety of our athletes, employees and members is always our number one concern. We have a zero tolerance policy for violence, harassment, threats or disrespect of any type. Please direct your concerns on this matter to the Ontario Ministry of Health.
CHILDREN AND/OR SPECTATORS MAY BE SENT HOME IF THEY CANNOT ADHERE TO THESE POLICIES
NO REFUND FOR A RECREATIONAL PROGRAM WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO NON-COMPLIANCE
In an event of a government mandated closure, all members will receive a credit for unused classes to their Uplifter account to be used upon reopening.
