IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Hosts can arrive up to 15 minutes early to set up party room! (or set up during gymnastics instruction)

• Please fill out and return attached participant list prior to party - only those listed will be permitted to participate. (can return via email or hard copy in person

• Participants must wear appropriate clothing (no jeans, hoodies, dresses, or tutus).  Also no jewelry apart from stud earrings.  All long hair must be tied up.  Please assure you communicate this to your guests

• Remember when bringing snacks and cake that we are a NUT FREE facility. 

• All food and drinks must be consumed in the party room and not in the gym. Fridge on site to store

• We expect our party room to be left as it is found. All garbage away, decorations taken down and limited mess on the tables/floor

• Once a party is booked - it can not be cancelled and receive a refund unless 14 or more days notice is given. If the party is cancelled with less than 14 days notice - a credit will be issued onto your account for future use.
