Sports Is All We Do
These are shockingly unprecedented times we're in. Gymfinity cares deeply about Midland and our gym families. Here is a chronology of actions to date.
June 1st - Gym open with Phase 1 protocols in effect for Competitive training only. Protocols include: increased cleaning standards, small coach to student ratios, daily athlete and staff screening. Handwash stations after every rotation.
July 6th - Summer Camps open with Phase 2 protocols. Small groups with consistent cohorts, continued athlete screening. Increased gym cleaning.
July 20th - Phase 3 opening allows for a recreational program. 6 Week summer session - with evening classes for athletes 5yrs and up. No change in health screening or cleaning protocols. Social distancing between athletes and coaches continues.
August 10th - Registration opens for a fuller recreational - Fall program. Programs for children as young as 1 are permitted with a caregiver.

Everyone has a place on our competitive teams. Most teams train a minimum of 2 days/week from September to June and go to 2 or 3 local competitions each year. Training is rigorous but fun, competitions are exciting and encouraging. Teams are divided by age, gender and overall skill level.

Watch for open tryouts each spring as we evaluate and place prospective team members. Can't wait? If you're up for a challenge, we'll let you tryout during the season for open spots on the team.
